Below, you'll see that we had to disqualify two of the tools: despite DeepAI prominently popping up in our search for the best AI Logo maker, it is not able to create a real logo, as the designs are not even provided without a background.
The other big disappointment was Shopify, who sent us an empty file instead of a logo, which we obviously had to punish with a disqualification.
So yeah, maybe we should mention that all the free logo makers turned out to be very crappy. We advise investing about 30$ for a proper logo, in the end people will connect its quality directly with the quality of your brand. That’s worth a small investment.

Yes, or let’s say there are AI-powered tools that use AI like Looka or Designs.AI.
Tools like DeepAI come up during searches for AI logo tools as well, but they don’t work well, because the background is not free and the designs are mostly very bad.
Is the download free for AI logo makers ?
No, the download of the logos were not free for 5 out of the 7 tools we tested. And the 2 free (DeepAI and Shopify Free AI Logo Maker) tools either provided faulty logos or an empty file instead of the logo. Therefore we recommend investing a small amount (approx. $30), in the end your logo will be directly connected to your brand and should look professional.
Can ChatGPT make a logo?
Technically yes, Dall E 3 is capable of creating images and with that also logos. But in practice it doesn’t work well at all. We recommend to stick to the tools we reviewed here, especially the first three.
How can I get ai logo generators free without watermark?
If you want to get a file with a transparent background, it makes sense to just pay for your generated logo. You could take a screenshot and use canva’s background remover, save it as a png and check the box for transparent background. But we do not recommend this, as you will not own the rights to your own logo if following this procedure.
Can I generate a free logo with AI?
You can generate it, but you will not be able to download the logo you have created for free at the professional pages.
For the download of your AI logo, you always have to pay unless you are happy with the crap DeepAI creates instead of real logo.
